What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

Leopard is an excellent choice as the first fairway driver in the bag. Useful for long straight casts, finesse casts, long hyzer casts, anhyzers and rollers.

Leopard has an excellent glide and it is easy to throw straight and far, which makes it particularly suitable for new players. The more experienced players will appreciate the Leopard as a turnover disc, finesse driver on narrow fairways and as a roller you can trust.

It was my first ever disc, and it served me well for a very long time. Its flight path is predictable and consistent, so it's a great disc to learn good technique with. I'd recommend getting it in star plastic, because it's a lot more durable and grippy, but for beginners, it's a great disc with a lot of upside. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

The Leopard is one of the classic discs from Innova. Many players experience the Leopard when they're a beginner through the Innova starter packs. I think because of this, a lot of players think the Leopard is a beginner disc. But in star, this disc is very straight to slightly understable. I'd put the numbers a little closer to 6/5/-1/1 or even -.5/1 when it's new at about 330-350'. As the disc beats in, it gains a little more horizontal movement, but from fresh to beat, it is very controllable. I'm a fan of the star Leopard over the champion because it comes out a little flatter, but I'd imagine the champion might be a tick more overstable. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)

Great disc for beginners. That said, I took it out of the bag pretty early on when I first got into DG. I prefer to throw a stable to understable mid with a little more power as I found my Leopard to not be as reliable, especially when windy. I do bag a Leopard3 for shots that are a little longer.
