What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

Halo Star The Charger is a 13-speed driver with a straight finish that can be thrown with full power. For players looking for the consistency of Destroyer with less fade, try Charger. For those looking for the great distance of the Shryke, but in a disc that can handle the wind better, try the Halo Star Charger!

Star plastic:
Star the plastic wears in slowly and predictably and provides long-lasting durability. It gives you a good grip in all kinds of weather and is a good choice for those who like the durability of the Champion plastic and the grip-friendly Pro plastic. Star the plastic retains its properties longer than DX and Pro plastic.

I bought the charger as close to max weight as I could find. I throw at an elevation of 5,600-6,300 feet. For reference, my max throws with a distance driver are 400-450. (Nivå på anmelder: Viderekommen)

took a few rounds of throwing it and also getting more used to it. Some people will say it is a slightly faster destroyer but in my bag the charger is being used for deep long flexing forehand throws. i get about 400' worth of travel on the forehand routinely and at Nevin gold layout I got my second ever eagle on hole 17. I think this disc is just as advertised. It is more overstable than a halo shryke while still being throawable for people how throw in the 350-400 range. It has some sneaky glide as well (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

I own and throw four separate Chargers at different weights (161, 168, 175, 175 Halo). The Charger, out of the box, flights like a beat in Destroyer. When released flat, they flip up, get a beautiful S-shape, and solidly finish to the right. If thrown on an anhyzer angle, the Charger will fight to flat, but not as aggressively as something like a Halo Destroyer. (Nivå på anmelder: Viderekommen)

This disc is a winner! My Destroyer is a bit of a meat hook, and my Katana is too flippy in a headwind. Enter the Charger! I'm not a power thrower by any means, (around 300' max drive on flat) but this flies true to its numbers for me. I bought an MVP Wave the same day and it behaves in accordance to its numbers as well, even though it's an 11 speed. I would classify the Charger as a very approachable 13 speed that behaves more like an 11 and that even a lower power throwers can use. It makes a great headwind disc! (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
