What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

DD1 is often seen as DD3's little brother, being less stable and slightly slower. The DD1 is a driver with good glide, and will give most players both spin and a reliable fade. The DD1 is great for both accurate shots in the woods and full power shots in the open fairways.

Recommended area of use:

Drive downwind
Long throws with good control

S-Line plastic:
S-Line is Discmania's answer to Innova's Star and Discraft's ESP plastic. S-Line provides more "feel" and better grip, in addition to straighter and more controlled throws. Compared to the C-Line, the S-Line is softer and more understable, which makes it easier to cast flatter and longer.

If I'm comparing it to my beat in Star Wraith, I'd say it has less turn and less fade... just flies a little straighter with less fade. Overall I'm in love with this disc and it beat out the orbit grand grace. The SLine feels good, the disc flies straighter, the rim is compareable to my Wraith so it's easy to transition to for straighter shot. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

Fantastic distance driver from discmania. Nice and comfortable in the hand and can deliver plenty of distance, accuracy, and reliability. Much more forgiving than wider rim drivers like the dd3. It reminds me of the Innova wraith but it seems to fly a bit farther which makes sense considering the dd1 has a slightly wider rim. Definitely a game changer! (Nivå på anmelder: Viderekommen)

Great disc! plastic feels great and the disc has epic glide! At Altitude it was my go to distance driver. At sea level this thing holds a line beautifully. Definetly gives the Wraith a run for its money (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
