What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

Anode has a firm grip and is MVP's straightest flying putter model from start to end. Reliable in all conditions and excellent for drives, approach shots and putts.

I have this disc in electron soft too (168 g). The R2 is more flexible than neutron. I felt like the fade was closer to 1 in R2. This disc also has a deeper hand feel like the Ion and spin. I find it hard for a power grip. I used a fan grip for this reason. The gyro effect is slight but noticeable. You have to produce more snap with gyro discs to achieve the proper flight path. A 5/5 star disc for everyone! (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

I purchased this disc to have a stable approach disc in place of using my pig.  The pig was too overstable for my liking and this disc has enough stability with the higher glide I was looking for.  It is a deeper disc so it may not be good for people with smaller hands. This was a love at first throw disc for me. I like a deep putter for straight shots. I have been using a P Model S for some time and I do believe I like the Anode better. The forward penetration is noteworthy. I use this disc for longer jump putts as well as throwing. If I'm only bringing a few discs for a round, this will be one of them for it's versatility.
