What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

 Mentor is a "high speed" driver with a small turn that gives you good length. The disc has a wide rim which makes it fast and stable.

I started discgolf with a wave from MVP as my distance driver. This disc has taken it's place. The premium plastic is very durable and the disc doesn't need 500+ feet of power to give you a good flight. If you're looking for a distance drive and don't want to spend $20+...this is great for you. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

I had high hopes for this disc, but it didn't seem to get the shape or distance I had hoped. Discraft Scorch or a Wave performed much better for me. Maybe it's better in the premium plastic, but did not get much glide or turn out of mine. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)

I have owned both the baseline and the premium versions of this disc, and let me say that they are completely different discs! The baseline is grippy, feels great in the hand, but is as understable as the numbers suggest if not more so. I liked it for forehands as it is very flat-topped and gave me that hyzer flip I was looking for and a nice reliable fade. (Nivå på anmelder: Viderekommen)

This is a great disc for beginners to get a little more distance out of their back hand. Just under stable enough out of the box to get on top of and not hyzer out. I really love the look and feel of the premium plastic (one of the nicest on the market imo) When I first opened the package I instantly loved this disc. After I threw it I was just as happy. It's consistent and easy to throw. Maybe not quite as fast as an 11 and maybe slightly more stable when new. Like 10, 5, -1, 2 or somewhere in between that and the official numbers at least when throwing back hand. It is a great disc to learn with and develop better technique. I feel like with a forehand I get a little more flip. This disc always flies nicely though and I often forget how straight I can push it. I'd say more of a control driver than pure distance but overall a nice addition to a bag especially for a beginner. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
